February 10th, 2002... Mikey is making SURE that I KNOW his birthday is this Saturday. He made a little sign with the day and date, and came bringing it to me in the living room. Ah well, birthdays ARE important to these little guys. Mikey will be 7 years old on the 16th. We will see that he has a party and gets some presents. He sure deserves 'em. WE LOVE MIKEY! Thank You, Lord, for sending us Mikey. Thank You for looking out for him and keeping him safe.

February 17th, 2002... In today's picture, you can see by the big smile on Mikey's face, that he is celebrating his birthday with one of his best buddies... Pastor Don! Mikey is the one without the mustache, and.. that purple-clothed figure lurking in the background is Chuck E. Cheese. Mikey loves Pastor Don, and Pastor Don loves Mikey. And we're so happy that Mikey is learning so much about Jesus from Pastor Don.

Mikey's birthday was yesterday, and he had lots of company to entertain.. followed by a special party at Chuck E. Cheese's later in the evening. WE LOVE MIKEY! Thank You, Lord, for sending us Mikey. Thank You for looking out for him and keeping him safe. Thank You for Mikey's life, and the wonderful Christian witness that he has. God is good!

February 24th, 2002... In today's picture, Mikey is parking his "motorcycle" in the garage for the evening. The weather has been really nice and Mikey played outside all day Saturday and spent a lot of time riding his "Power Wheels" with his buddy next door. Tammy, Mister Ed, and Sissy came over for a barbecue, and then Mikey went back outside and played till after dark.
